Regular ongoing classes are held at our centre in Strovolos. They consist of 90 minutes of relaxing warm-ups, stretches, yoga postures, rhythmic yoga-dance exercise, self-massage and deep relaxation accompanied by useful instructions.
Participants contribute on a monthly basis and can attend missed classes later on.
Special one-day and weekend seminars are held in our centre and at other locations in Cyprus. All the events are offered either for free or for a minimum charge.

I’ve been meaning to start some form of exercise for the last few years, but never actually got around to it…..10 years later I finally managed to make time for yoga classes after a friend discovered Louca and Rebecca.
At first, I thought, “OK, this looks easy” but little did I know, that after several months of classes, I still haven’t mastered the art of breathing! I was also surprised that you don’t actually sweat during Yoga, but the day after a session, you can aches from exercising muscles you never even knew you had!
As well as the physical results, you may also notice that after a class how happy, calm and focused you feel…
Hopefully, yoga will always be a part of my life…I think everyone should do it! (apparently nearly everyone does!) I recently discovered that even my parents practice Yoga regularly. They got addicted to it after discovering Yoga from their short trip to India…….I wonder if they can breath properly….Anyway, got to go, I’m late for my Yoga class.

Hello dear friend sister, brother. Firstly Yoga helped me to find myself a few years ago. I learned to respect myself, physically and mentally and deep inside grew a Love that never knew existed. Including a Love for myself, a Love for everything in the Universe. This is how I end my class.
Learn to move in rhythm with your breathing, a breath that fills you with energy, energy that comes from thousands of years.
By wanting to share my experience with other people I have created classes in which I benefit just as much as everyone else. I feel so lucky that I learned Yoga and even luckier to be able to teach others.
It’s not just exercise but a great union of ones whole-self and a great realization that is available to all.

My first experience with Yoga was 15 years ago and since then, as I go ahead I also teach others to experience what I have and still am experiencing.
The inner journey of self discovery is so exciting, the positive feelings and all round feeling of love and health have made my life whole Meditation and Yoga can be learned by everyone, all ages. I welcome you to a journey you will not regret.
